Mr. Hemant Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director – Bharat World Music Entertainment
Mr. Hemant Kumar is one of India’s leading business leaders and founder of the Bharat World Music Entertainment whose constituent business enterprises are engaged in pivotal roles in the ongoing economic transformation of India.He is often referred to by his colleagues, founded the Bharat World Music Entertainment Group in 2020.

Ms. Simran Arora – Director
Ms. Simran Arora is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a law graduate. She has vast experience in general management. Ms. Simran Arora was appointed to the Board on November 24, 2020. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman on the Board of the Company.
Ms. Megha Aggarwal- Independent Director
Ms. Megha Aggarwal, a qualified Engineer, is part of senior management team of Bharat World Music Entertainment Group since 2020 and is involved in taking a number of strategic decisions. Ms. Megha Aggarwal was previously served as an Executive Director on the Board of Bharat World Music Entertainment. With rich experience of over 10 years, Ms. Megha Aggarwal has created and led billion-dollar businesses. As a visionary, strategist and team builder he has driven profitable growth through innovation and operational excellence.
Mr. Gaurav Gupta- Independent Director
Mr. Gaurav Gupta was the Chairman and Managing Director of India Finance Company Limited (IFCL). Mr. Gaorav Gupta has long experience as a banker, spanning over 20 years having held positions of Chairman and Managing Director of Punjab and Sind Bank, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and Punjab National Bank (PNB). PNB is one of the largest public sector banks in India. During his chairmanship of PNB, he undertook total transformation of the Bank.
Ms. Sanjana Jain – Independent Director
Ms. Sanjana Jain holds an MBA degree from International Centre of Public Enterprise, Ljubljana in Slovenia and a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Delhi University. She joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2010. For 12 years she worked with multiple sectors and with different stakeholders including Government, Private, NGO, Multilateral Agencies, Chamber of Business and Commerce.

Mr. Deepak Verma has over three decades of corporate finance, advisory and investment banking experience in the country.
Shri K Ravikumar- Independent Director
Ms. Palak Arora- Director
Ms. Palak Arora holds a master’s degree in Finance and a diploma in Business Administration. She has more than 10 years of experience in taxation, finance, administration and vigilance. She was in the Indian. She held various assignments during her tenure in the tax department and was also a member of the Central Board of Direct Taxes. She has also served as the Functional Director (Vigilance and Security) in Air India and has also represented India in international conferences.
Ms. Chhaya Virani- Director
Ms. Chhaya Virani graduated from Mumbai University with a bachelors’ degree in Arts. She also acquired a bachelors’ degree in legislative laws from the Government Law College in 2009.
