REGISTRATION SPOTS ARE LIMITED… BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY!
Only routines that receive a Golden Ticket Invitation or have a Routine that placed 1st Overall High Score at(2) Star Dance Alliance Regional Competitions for that routine are permitted to compete at the Bharat World Music Entertainment Dance/Singing/Music InstrumentsChampionship.
- Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Spots are limited in each division. Once adivision is full, no more entries will be accepted for that division. Registration opens on April8, 2024 at9:00am (EST).
- Payment must be made in FULL in order for registration to be processed.
- Fees must be paid by credit card or electronic check through the registration system. No may beredeemed for BWM Entertainment Championship registration. No cash refunds will be given.
- If space allows, routines may also qualify at a Bharat World Music Entertainment Championship. These routines must registerimmediately.
- Routines that qualify in 2024 MUST compete in the same performance level & age division in which itqualified. In the event that a dancer is unable to participate, the routine may still compete as long as theaverage age does not change. A dancer substitution may be made with another dancer that is on the studio’soriginal roster as long as the average age and performance level does not change.
- Routines that qualified during the 2024 season MUST compete in the current average age/performance levelof the dancers in the group. Dancers may be substituted, and the routine must compete at the 2024 agedivision and performance level of the new roster of dancers.
- Any routine that receives a Golden Ticket for the same routine that qualified in (2) different levels must compete at the highest level (Ex. if a routine qualified in Intermediate and Advanced, it must competeAdvanced)
- A qualifying routine may NOT be replaced by another routine (that did not qualify) from the same studio.
- Studios must be prepared to provide proof of age for all performers in the event that an age protest is made(Birth certificate or driver’s license is acceptable).
- Studios who have more than the allowed number of routines that qualify for the same division must choosewhich routine to compete.In an effort to accommodate those routines that received Golden Tickets in 2024, as well as thoseroutines that were not able to compete in 2024, we have expanded the registration limit to (4) routinesin each performance level/age division/general division for the Advanced & Intermediate levels, and (2)routines in each performance level/age division/general division for the Novice level.
PROPS
- There is a loading dock at the back of the Exposition Center where props should be unloaded and loaded.
- Props MUST be loaded in and out of the venue on the same day they are used. Storing props in the wings
or backstage is not permitted.
- Props must be set up and removed from the stage in a reasonable time frame and must be labeled with thestudio name for identification purposes backstage. Props MUST be removed from the venue after the finalawards ceremony on your scheduled competition day.
DIVISIONS & ENTRY LIMITS
Routines will compete in the following divisions:
- Each studio is limited to (4) routines in each general division/age division/performance level in theAdvanced & Intermediate Levels.
- Each studio is limited to (2) routines in each general division/age division/performance level in the NoviceLevel.

GENERAL
- There is absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEO RECORDING permitted. Failure to abide by this rulecan result in Disqualification for the studio
**NOTE** All registered contestants do hereby grant permission to publish their photographs on localtelevision, national television, promotional videos, the web or in any other publication, to promote its competitions. Furthermore,we hereby release all directors, officers, or representatives of this competition from any and all claims for damages or injuriessustained whileparticipating in any activity related to this competition. By submitting your registration, you thereby agree to allterms and conditions contained in this document.
- Registration will open on April 7, 2024 at 9:00am (EST).

- INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
- (4) routines in each general division/age division/performance level. Example: Intermediate Junior division – (4) Small Groups, (4) Large Groups, (4) Lines.
- NOVICE LEVEL
- (2) routines in each general division/age division/performance level. Example: Novice Junior division – (2) Small Groups, (2) Large Groups, (2) Lines.
- Note: If you have more than one routine that qualifies for the same division, the studio will choose which routine to compete.
- ADVANCED LEVEL
SCHEDULE
The Bharat World Music Dance/Singing/Music InstrumentsChampionship will be held in conjunction with the Bharat World Music Dance/Singing/Music Instruments Championship Pageant and the SDA Circle of Excellence Gala. Each day will begin with all routines competing in the Semi-Finals. The top scoring routines from the semi-finals will be announced at the awards ceremony and will return that same day to compete in the Finals. Participants are ONLY required to be there the day of their performance. Each division will compete on assigned dates and NO changes will be made to these dates.
- All entries MUST compete on the day and time assigned. No exceptions.
- NO SCHEDULE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- There is NO guarantee of a start or finish time for each day. Studios should be prepared to be available tocompete at any time throughout the day.
- A Preliminary time schedule will be emailed to all Studios no later than July 10th with approximateperformance times.
- A Finalized Time Schedule will be emailed to studios byJuly 23, 2024.
